Let Me Fix That

In this episode we discuss Alicia's deep seeded desire to fix every problem she sees in the moment they present themselves.  We also discuss the David's approach to problems and how he takes the time (sometimes too much time) to make sure he gets it right.  

We discuss how neither approach is wrong but how its important to be aware of your tendencies so growth can occur.  We witness in real time as David responds to Alicia after taking a few moments to consider his response.  

So whether you are a fixer or a thinker always remember that there is often more than one way to do things and the other ways are not always wrong, just different.
